Prayer for the Day

In you my Lord and my God,
I place all my trust.
Give protection oh God,
against all evil and harm.

Keep safe Oh God,
My spirit, my soul
and my physicial being
From those who seek
to plunder and cause
discord; those who used
the power of darkness
to shut out my light

And in you, my Lord and my God,
I concrete the harmony, love
and peace in my household
That the joy, you have given
me may remain intact forever.
